Protect privacy. Do not post full names, addresses, phone numbers, medical record details, insurance numbers, or financial account information.

Give support, not diagnoses. You can share what helped you, but avoid presenting personal experience as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Report or avoid content that feels unsafe, exploitative, threatening, or designed to sell to vulnerable caregivers.
